- 退款將原路退回至您的支付賬戶
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Blume 點歌機支持激活前基礎體驗。
Blume karaoke systems allow basic testing before activation.
- 未激活設備: 支持全額退款
- 已激活設備: 因涉及系統賬號與數字服務,可能產生部分退款(partial refund)
- Not activated: Eligible for full refund
- Activated: A partial refund may apply due to digital service usage and system licensing
👉 建議:激活前請充分測試設備
We strongly recommend fully testing the device before activation.
三、一年保修服務 / One-Year Limited Warranty
所有官方渠道購買產品均享受 1年保修服務。
All products purchased from official channels are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
