The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original accessories and packaging.

  • 未经授权直接寄回的包裹可能无法受理

Please contact us at service@blume-oinked.com before returning any item to obtain return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


退款说明 / Refund Process

  • 商品退回并经检验确认后,退款将在 7个工作日内处理完成
  • 退款将原路退回至您的支付账户

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Blume karaoke systems allow basic testing before activation.

  • 未激活设备: 支持全额退款
  • 已激活设备: 因涉及系统账号与数字服务,可能产生部分退款(partial refund)
  • Not activated: Eligible for full refund
  • Activated: A partial refund may apply due to digital service usage and system licensing

👉 建议:激活前请充分测试设备
We strongly recommend fully testing the device before activation.


三、一年保修服务 / One-Year Limited Warranty

所有官方渠道购买产品均享受 1年保修服务
All products purchased from official channels are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
